Diets mean depriving yourself long enough to lose the amount of weight you want to lose but often times do not teach you how to maintain the weight. Millions are spent on pills, potions, and programs, pre-cooked foods, etc. My approach is simple. Eat the foods God put on the earth for us to eat and change your lifestyle to love those foods.

Eating more fruits and vegetables in their whole state will help to increase your energy, clear your skin, regulate your blood pressure and sugar and you will feel amazing.
When you allow the body to release toxic buildup in your fat cells, you lose weight and inches and feel so much better. This helps you to keep the weight off and not re-gain as happens in so many diets. This is a life-style change, not a diet.
